9 New Releases
The EDM industry has been treated to some really great tracks lately and producers are keen to keep up the trend by releasing more and more for us music lovers. This 9-track post will bring you the latest and greatest of those releases ranging from electro to trance to progressive and bigroom. Check them out here now:
The following remix is by the relatively unknown Dutch duo of Bassanova & Moradzo, this remix was the pick of the remixes of 'In The Morning' off Robbie Rivera's album Dance Or Die. Other remixes were by Blende, Firebeatz, Juicy New York and TJR so the duo beat top competition to produce the best remix of the single
A collaboration featuring Markus Schulz or ferry Corsten is more than likely going to be great but when you put them together on one track then its guaranteed to be awesome. Take this new track for example, it's easily one of the biggest trance releases this year. Featuring a familiar yet still so hypnotic piano breakdown leading into the dark driving break layered with uplifting crescendos; this is a dancefloor destroying tune.
Another freshened up track, or at least sound, comes from Dutchman Alvaro. Releasing off Sander van Doorn's Doorn Records, this hard hitting electro house track is a typical release from the label that is no stranger to releasing bangers. The original was a drum n bass masterpiece, one of my favourites of the genre, by The Prodigy and Alvaro could not have interpreted it any better. Check this one out:
The Italian duo of Nari & Milani bring you a hot remix off Ultra records of Topher Jones' electro track 'Brohammer'. The duo, on great form after their last single 'Atom' was featured in pretty much every respected DJ's set, have created another great track featuring 2 monstrous electro-dubby breaks split by a euphoric progressive build which makes this track one not to be missed:
The first single off the highly anticipated 'Piercing The Quiet: Remixed' - a remix album of Tritonal's 'Piercing the Quiet' featuring remixes picked by the Texas-natives on the first CD as well as a second CD of original club mixes. This remix by Rafael Frost is hopefully a sign of what to expect, containing signature high-energy and emotive vocals we cannot wait for the album to drop at the beginning of next month on 3rd September. A must have:
Sound Remedy might be a name that you aren't familiar with then i would highly recommend it. Usually releasing similar music to Joe Garston, summer-vibe chilled electro/dub, and the same goes for this track; A dubstep themed remix featuring big bass and the beautiful vocals of Ellie Goulding. Get to know Sound Remedy through his Soundcloud, you wont be disappointed. This is a free download available on his Soundcloud, click on the link below:
Next up we feature the 2-track E.P of Hong Kong's very own Dan Sayuran aka axisONE. This progressive artist was unknown to me before I saw this release and after checking out his Soundcloud it's safe to say I'm a huge fan! 'Warp' & 'Mach' are 2 very well crafted tracks that blur the lines between a few genres while keeping to the melodic-feature of progressive house. Check these out now whether or not you think you're a fan of progressive house or the Chinese (no offence):
Coming off his debut album, Sied van Riel gives a taste of whats to come with 'DC 4am'. Starting off with some dark synths and deep bass, the track builds towards a melodic trance lead that will keep you and the rest of the club jamming from start to finish
